Located in the village of Cuckney, Oakview House is just a 1 minute walk from the beautiful Greendale Oak Pub. With walks on the doorstep or Clumber Park, Rufford Abbey & Welbeck Estates all a very short drive away.

A high spec, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for entertaining & make those hearty family meals, morning scran on the breakfast bar. Includes Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine & an Amazon Alexa to keep those good vibes going.
The kitchen over looks the sitting area to make socialising super easy between guests. The lounge includes a 2 seater sofa and an arm chair with a Smart TV hanging form the wall.
In the warmer months this beautiful space can be opened out & connected to the garden with the stunning wall to wall bi-fold doors.
Lounge/Dining Room
Located downstairs, a short walk through the hallway from the kitchen is a second lounge area with another couple of 3 seater sofa’s and arm chair and another Smart TV. There is also a 10 seater dining table waiting for you to enjoy more of those family times together.

Enjoy your tipple of choice and el fresco dining in our outside space with the green area, terrace with table and chairs plus hot tub. There is also a coal BBQ that can be used to cook your party up a feast on the open fire.
